## Privacy This Privacy Policy aims to describe the methods of managing the second and third-level Internet sites owned by Deva Srl, regarding the processing of personal data of users/visitors who browse them. Deva Srl processes all personal data of users/visitors of the services offered, in full compliance with the provisions of the Italian national legislation on privacy, particularly Legislative Decree 196/2003. When access to specific services requires prior registration and communication of personal data, specific information is provided at the time of subscription to these services. The acquisition of data, which may be requested, is an essential prerequisite for accessing the services offered on the site. Deva Srl retains technical data relating to connections (logs) to allow the security checks required by law and to improve the quality of the services offered and tailor them to the needs of users/visitors. The data provided may also be used by Deva Srl to send periodic emails containing advertisements, promotional material, promotional initiatives, or commercial communications. Personal data, collected and stored in Deva Srl’s databases, are processed by employees and/or collaborators of the data controller as authorized personnel. These data are not disseminated or communicated to third parties unless provided for by specific information and/or by law, and in any case, in the manner permitted by it. Deva Srl registers log files in accordance with current legal provisions. Such data do not allow the identification of the user except after a series of processing and interconnection operations, and necessarily through data provided by other providers. These operations can only be performed at the request of the competent judicial authorities, authorized by specific legal provisions aimed at preventing and/or prosecuting crimes. Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illegal or incorrect use, and unauthorized access. Deva Srl cannot be held responsible for any unauthorized access or loss of personal information outside its control. Users/visitors have the right to exercise the rights provided by Article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/03. At any time, by exercising the right to withdraw from all subscribed services, it is possible to request the total deletion of the provided data. ### Article 7: Right of access to personal data and other rights 1. The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning them, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form. 2. The data subject has the right to obtain indications of: - the origin of the personal data; - the purposes and methods of processing; - the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic tools; - the identification details of the data controller, the managers, and the designated representative pursuant to Article 5, paragraph 2; - the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of it as designated representatives in the State's territory, managers, or authorized personnel. 3. The data subject has the right to obtain: a) the updating, rectification, or, when interested, the integration of data; b) the deletion, transformation into anonymous form, or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; c) the attestation that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except where this proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared to the protected right. 4. The data subject has the right to object, in whole or in part: a) for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning them, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection; b) to the processing of personal data concerning them for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct sales or for carrying out market research or commercial communications.
